After taking a lot of abuse from Pat, Ally bravely finished her workout routine at home yesterday.

And she single mindedly set off today fully intending to go to the new gym that she unwittingly joined last week.

And Pat said...of the home workout scheduled for tomorrow before first light (and this is quoted, mind you) : 

If I can get out of bed, I WILL DO IT J

She said she’s doing it for the dogs.  The dogs of Dogtown.  Bring it on!
