Ally joined a gym by mistake on Friday. Why? This is all you need. Apparently.
It is worth mentioning, the DVD says if you need modified exercises, call Beth. We don't know how to do this. Or who Beth is. So if Amy Dixon or Women's Health is reading this, let us know? Ally is disabled. Physically. Not mentally. She gets 11 out of 10 for trying. Always.
Here are three You Tube links. Until we figure out how to embed our own videos here, this is how we'll roll. Feel free to use them as part of your own new fitness routine.

DISCLAIMER - ALL EXERCISE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ASK YOUR DOCTOR IF YOU CAN DO THIS FIRST. BUT IF YOU HAVE ONE LEG, THEN JUST DO IT. LIKE NIKE.
Ally is joining the Women's Health SA Face Book Page for inspiration and motivation. The personal trainer at her gym, the man with no neck, although beautiful, is too expensive.
